Fegud was born from a deeply personal place. Our founder, Precious Omoruyi, experienced the weight of burnout firsthand: overweight, exhausted, sleepless, with no energy to get through the day. Life felt like survival mode, not living.
Then came a turning point. One simple act of self-care each day. Just one. A moment to pause, reset, and realign. That small daily practice sparked a transformation that changed everything.
