Our story

Wellness your team will actually do.

Fegud is a corporate wellness platform born from one founder’s burnout and one daily decision to reclaim her wellbeing. The personal practice became a method. The method became a platform. Today, we help HR teams build a self-care habit their employees actually use.

Why we exist

Every employee deserves
a pocket of joy
each day.

In a workplace culture that glorifies hustle and busyness, burnout has become the norm. Companies pour money into wellness benefits that nobody opens. Employees lose themselves in the chaos. HR leaders watch participation rates sit below 25% and wonder what went wrong.

What if one small moment of self-care could change everything? Not a 90-day program. Not another meditation app. Just one intentional act, chosen by the employee, done in five minutes.

That is why Fegud exists. To give HR teams a wellness platform employees genuinely want to use, and to remind every person inside that company that they are worth the care.

Our story

From burnout
to breakthrough.

“One simple act of self-care each day. Just one. That small daily practice sparked a transformation that changed everything.”

Fegud was born from a deeply personal place. Our founder Precious Omoruyi experienced the weight of burnout firsthand, overweight, exhausted, sleepless, with no energy to get through the day. Life felt like survival mode, not living.

Then came a turning point. Not a dramatic intervention, just one small act of self-care. A moment to pause, reset, and realign. That single daily practice sparked a profound change. Energy returned. Joy found its way back. Life became something to savour again, not just survive.

Fegud started in 2025 as a passion project. Then HR leaders began reaching out with the same problem on repeat: their teams were burning out, the wellness benefits sat unused, and nothing they tried was working. The bingo card mechanic that worked for one person worked even better when teams played together, with managers participating publicly and HR seeing real engagement data. So we built it as a platform.

Our mission
To make self-care a daily habit
at every workplace.

Most adults spend the majority of their waking hours at work. If wellness doesn’t fit into that reality, it doesn’t happen. We’re building the platform that finally makes it fit.

What we believe

Self-care isn’t selfish.
It’s essential.

These are the convictions that shape every product decision, every challenge we add to the library, and every workplace we partner with.

🌱
Small acts, big shifts
Wellness doesn’t require hours of free time or a complete life overhaul. It requires one moment, one choice, one act of kindness toward yourself, repeated. That is the entire mechanic. We deliberately keep prompts small because that is what fits into a real workday.
🔒
No surveillance, no pressure
Self-care should never be used against an employee. We will never collect health data, track biometrics, or turn wellness into a performance metric. HR sees aggregate participation only. Individual data stays with the individual. Full stop.
👥
Wellness works better together
Self-care is most effective when it’s shared. When teams take care of themselves alongside each other, with managers participating publicly, the motivation is real, the participation rates are higher, and the cultural shift is genuine. Solo wellness apps fail. Shared rituals stick.
Healthy people build healthy companies
When employees thrive, everything compounds. Retention improves. Collaboration deepens. Culture stops being a poster on the wall and starts being something people feel. Wellness isn’t a perk for HR to defend in budget meetings. It’s an investment that pays back across every metric leadership cares about.
