Fegud began with one small act of care.
Fegud is a participation-first corporate wellness platform created by Canadian founder Precious Omoruyi. It helps HR and People teams run employee wellness programs built around monthly self-care bingo, small daily activities, and privacy-safe aggregate reporting.
Workplace wellness should fit
the day people actually have.
Wellness benefits can look generous on paper and still be hard to use between meetings, deadlines, caregiving, and everything else. HR teams need something people can begin without a long setup or a public performance.
Fegud turns self-care into small, flexible activities. Employees choose what fits, move at their own pace, and can play privately or alongside coworkers.
The goal is simple: make everyday care easier to start, easier to return to, and respectful of employee privacy.
The facts behind

What Fegud is
Fegud is an employee wellness program and corporate wellness platform built around monthly self-care bingo. Employees choose small activities that fit their day. They can play privately or share selected wins with coworkers. HR gets group-level participation information for planning and reporting.
What Fegud is not
Fegud is not an EAP, clinical care service, employee surveillance tool, wearable health tracker, general employee survey platform, or global benefits administration system. It does not promise that a bingo card fixes burnout or guarantees a business outcome.

A gentler place
to begin.
Fegud began with Precious’s own experience of burnout. She was exhausted, sleeping badly, and moving through each day in survival mode.
She did not start with a 90-day plan. She started with one small act of care each day, then another. The practice gave her a practical way to make room for herself again.
That idea became Fegud: small activities arranged as bingo, designed to fit real days and give people a clear place to begin. Precious built the workplace platform for HR teams and the free monthly cards for individuals.
Precious Omoruyi is a Canadian founder and marketer with more than 10 years of experience building brands and customer experiences. She founded Fegud to make workplace wellness feel more practical, social, and human.
to begin at work.
A workplace program should respect time, choice, and privacy. Fegud is built around small activities employees choose for themselves and aggregate reporting HR can use without watching individuals.
What we refuse
to trade away.
These principles shape the activities we create, the data we show, and the promises we make.
The platform. The community.
Fegud has two ways in: a workplace program for teams and free monthly bingo cards for individuals.
