Shipping Policy

Processing time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Canadian public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including your tracking number.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. During peak seasons, such as holiday periods, processing times may be extended by 1–2 additional business days. We will notify you if this applies to your order.

Where we ship

Fegud currently ships to Canada and the United States. We do not ship internationally at this time.

We are based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. All prices are shown in CAD for Canadian orders, USD for US orders and GBP for UK orders. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.

Shipping options & rates

The following shipping options are available at checkout. Rates are calculated based on your delivery location and order weight.

Free standard shipping is applied automatically at checkout on all orders over $75 (before taxes). Expedited and express options are available at the rates above regardless of order value.

Delivery times are estimates only and begin once your order has been shipped, not when it was placed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier capacity, particularly during peak periods.

Order tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a direct link to track your package. You can also track your order through the carrier’s website using the tracking number provided.

If you have not received a shipping confirmation email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam or junk folder first. If it is not there, email us at [email protected] with your order number and we will look into it.

Shipping address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are unable to modify the delivery address once an order has been dispatched.

Fegud is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an address error immediately after placing your order, contact us at [email protected] as quickly as possible and we will do our best to correct it before dispatch.

Customs & duties

For orders shipped within Canada, applicable provincial and federal taxes are calculated and collected at checkout.

For orders shipped to the United States and United Kingdom, import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees may be assessed by your local customs authorities on delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost. Fegud has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.

If you have questions about potential duties or taxes, we recommend contacting your local customs office before placing your order.

Damages & lost packages

If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the damaged item before discarding anything. Email us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We will work with you to resolve it, whether that means a replacement, a refund, or filing a claim with the carrier.

If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbours and any safe drop locations around your property. If it is still missing, contact us within 48 hours of the marked delivery date and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

Please save all original packaging and damaged items until your claim is resolved. Carriers require this documentation before they will process a claim.

Holiday shipping

During peak seasons, including major Canadian and US holidays, Black Friday, and the December holiday period, processing and delivery times may be longer than usual. We recommend placing orders at least 2 weeks before your required date during these periods.

We will post any specific holiday cutoff dates on our website and social media channels in advance.
