Our Story
Fegud was born from a personal transformation. Our founder, Precious Omoruyi, knows firsthand what it feels like to run on empty: overweight, exhausted, sleepless, with no energy left to give. Life felt like an endless cycle of just getting through the day.
Then something shifted. One small act of self-care. Just one. A moment to pause, reset, and realign. That single daily practice sparked a profound change. Energy returned. Joy found its way back. Life became something to savor again, not just survive.
Fegud began as a passion project in 2025, rooted in the hope that if one person could inspire another to reclaim their well-being, we could create a ripple effect of transformation, one person at a time.
