No. Participation is always voluntary. Employees choose their own focus areas, difficulty level, and privacy settings. Fegud must never be used as a surveillance tool or to penalize employees for not participating.
We never collect medical data, biometrics, or fitness scores. We collect name, email, challenge completions, and focus area preferences. HR admins see aggregate participation rates only. They never see individual health details.
Full platform access for 7 days with no credit card required. You receive a warning email 3 days before the trial ends. If you don’t continue, your account is paused and your data is kept safely for 30 days. No automatic charges. Need more time to decide?
