What this is

Try the employee experience for yourself.

For one month, use the same 24-activity card your employees would, with streaks, badges, rest days, and a private team feed. Each Break Room includes people from up to 10 companies.

Bingo is individual. Rankings use completed activities out of 24. Optional teams use average completion per member, so team size does not decide the result.

How it works

Four steps, zero meetings.

  1. Request your spot

    Submit the form below. Requests received by the 3rd of the month join that season if space remains. Later requests are placed in the next season.

  2. Come solo or bring your crew

    Come solo or invite up to 3 coworkers using the link sent after approval. You may also create or join a team in your Break Room.

  3. Play the month

    Complete one small activity a day. Individual scores use completed activities out of 24. Optional team scores use average completion per member.

  4. See it from the inside

    After 30 days, you can evaluate Fegud from an employee’s side, not a demo.

A month of playing tells HR and People leaders more than a demo. Some may later choose a workplace trial. That is why the month can stay free.

After the season, ask for a 14-day workplace trial or come back for another season.

What is the Break Room?

The Break Room is a free month of self-care bingo for approved HR and People leaders. Play solo or on an optional team with people from up to 10 companies.

Who gets invited?

It is for people working in HR, People, workplace culture, or employee experience. We verify requests to keep rooms relevant and sales-free.

What does it cost?

Nothing. There is no fee, credit card, or automatic paid trial.

What’s expected of me?

About 5 minutes a day. Choose one activity. Missing days is fine. You never have to earn your rest here.

Can I bring colleagues?

Yes. After approval, use your private link to invite up to 3 coworkers. You may also create or join a team.

What do other members see about me?

Others see your display name and, where enabled, your individual rank. Team members may also see the team name and rank. Private activities are not shared with HR or other players.

What does the champion get?

The top individual score uses completed activities out of 24. Exact ties share Champion status, and each eligible co-champion gets the digital badge and a Fegud bucket hat. Team rankings do not decide the prize. Read the Official Rules.

What happens when a season ends?

You become an alum. Return for another season, or ask for a 14-day workplace trial. Your streaks and badges remain. If you want to see the HR side, review the sample report first, then start the trial.

How do rooms and seasons work?

Seasons run monthly and start on the 1st. Rooms include people from up to 10 companies. Cards reset on the 1st. Requests received by the 3rd join that season if space remains, and placements close on the 5th, Toronto time.

Can I join after a season starts?

If space remains, you can join through the 3rd of the month. Placement closes on the 5th, Toronto time. After that, we place you in the next season.

Where is the Break Room available, and what languages can I use?

It is worldwide. Each participant chooses English, French, or Spanish in the app.

Can I leave?

Anytime. Email us and we will remove you from the Break Room. Records are handled under our Privacy Policy and applicable retention requirements.
