Your private activity is yours, not HR’s.
Company administrators get the program picture. They do not get a private report of your activities or wellbeing check-ins. Shared spaces and leaderboards work differently, so this page explains those too.
The boundary: private app activity is not shown as individual HR reporting. Your company can still see account and roster information it supplied, company-level reporting, and content you intentionally share with an audience that includes them.
Does Fegud monitor individual employees?
No. Fegud does not give employers a feed of each employee’s private self-care activity. Company administrators receive the group-level information described on this page. Employees choose what they share in social spaces, challenges, and leaderboards.
Fegud is designed to help HR understand participation without turning workplace wellness into individual employee surveillance.
1What Company Administrators Can See
A company administrator needs enough information to set up the program, manage access, and understand how the program is being used. That does not create an individual wellness profile.
- Roster and account information: your name, work email, company, department or role when provided, invitation status, and account status.
- Program-level reporting: company participation, totals, trends, and selected team or department views.
- Administration: plan, billing, program settings, invitations, and support records connected to the company account.
The boundary: company administrators can manage the program. They do not receive a private HR feed showing the activities you completed, skipped, or changed, or your individual wellbeing check-in answers and score.
2What Is Not Shown as Individual HR Reporting
Fegud does not give company administrators an individual activity report containing:
- The activities you completed, skipped, swapped, or adapted.
- Your individual points, streaks, badges, or bingo progress.
- Your wellbeing check-in answers or individual score.
- Numeric step counts or active-minute values read from Apple Health or Health Connect.
- Your personal notification, display-name, leaderboard, or health-permission settings.
- Content outside an administrator’s selected audience.
This promise is about employer reporting. Fegud still processes information to provide support, operate and secure the service, handle requests, and meet legal obligations, as explained in the Privacy Policy.
3Shared Spaces and Leaderboards
Shared features work differently from private employer reporting. The app shows you the audience for a post, comment, reaction, image, or team space. Anyone in that audience can see the content, including a coworker or company administrator who belongs to the same space.
Leaderboards
Leaderboard visibility is optional. When you choose to appear, the display-name setting controls whether other members see your full name, first name, or an anonymous nickname. When you stay off, other members do not see your leaderboard row, although you can still see your own progress.
One useful test: if you intentionally share something with a group, treat it as visible to every member of that group. A person does not stop being part of the audience because they also administer the company account.
4Group Reporting and Small Teams
Company reporting is combined rather than presented as a list of individual actions. Selected department, team, streak, and wellbeing views use suppression or grouping rules when a group is too small for that metric.
Those rules vary by report. Company-wide totals can include everyone and are not hidden solely because the company is small. Combined reporting lowers identification risk, but it cannot promise that every number is impossible to infer in a very small workplace or after an unusual event.
What Fegud does not do: turn an aggregate into a named individual activity report, or tell an administrator which person completed a specific activity or submitted a specific wellbeing answer.
5Health and Wellbeing Information
Apple Health and Health Connect
If you turn on a health connection, the app can read today’s step count or active minutes on your device to decide whether an eligible activity is complete. The numeric health value stays on the device. Fegud receives the resulting activity-completion status, not the step or active-minute total.
Wellbeing check-ins
Wellbeing check-in answers and scores submitted inside the employee app are stored with your account so you can see your history and include them in your export. Company reporting uses combined results and suppresses selected small-group views. It does not show an administrator your individual answers or score.
Fegud is a wellness product, not a medical service. Do not use the app for urgent care or emergency help.
6Your Controls
- How you appear: choose the display-name option available in Privacy Settings.
- Leaderboard visibility: choose whether other members can see you on the leaderboard.
- What you share: check the audience shown before posting or reacting in a shared space.
- Device permissions: turn push notifications and health access on or off in your device settings.
- Data export: request the account categories prepared by the self-serve export tool. Email [email protected] for a broader access request.
- Account deletion: delete your account in the app. Limited audit or legal records can remain. Posts and comments can remain without the account link, and text written by another person can still contain a name they typed or mentioned.
Marketing choices and website tracking controls are explained separately in the Privacy Policy.
7The Technical Version
Fegud uses role and tenant access rules to limit which account and company records a signed-in user can reach. Data is encrypted in transit. Payment-card numbers are handled by payment providers rather than stored by Fegud. On-device health values stay on the device. Selected reporting views apply grouping or suppression rules in code.
No technical control makes a service risk-free. Security, providers, retention, international processing, website analytics, advertising tools, and request procedures are covered in the full Privacy Policy.
8Questions and Requests
Email [email protected] with a privacy question, access request, correction, deletion request, objection, or complaint. Tell us which Fegud service you used and what you need help with. We may ask for enough information to verify identity or locate the record.
