This Cookie Policy explains how Fegud uses cookies, local storage, pixels, scripts, and similar technologies on fegud.com. It applies to website visitors worldwide. It should be read with the Fegud Privacy Policy.
Necessary website and consent technology can run before you make a choice. Cloudflare also provides cookie-free website performance measurement without storing an identifier in your browser. Google Analytics 4 waits for Statistics permission. Microsoft Clarity and Meta Pixel wait for Marketing permission. An enabled Global Privacy Control signal blocks Microsoft Clarity and Meta Pixel on that browser.
1. Your choices
- Accept allows Preferences, Statistics, and Marketing technology.
- Deny keeps optional categories off.
- View Preferences lets you choose categories separately.
- Manage Consent, available at the bottom of the website, lets you reopen and change your choice.
- You can also delete cookies through your browser. The banner will ask again after the consent cookies are removed or the policy is materially changed.
Website cookie choices are separate from marketing-email permission, mobile-app permissions, account processing, purchases, and information you submit through forms.
2. Cookie categories and services
| Category | Service and purpose | Common cookies or storage | Typical period |
|---|---|---|---|
| Necessary | Complianz remembers your choice. WordPress, Cloudflare, SureCart, Stripe, forms, checkout, authentication, fraud prevention, and security technology support services you request and protect the website. Cloudflare Web Analytics also provides cookie-free page-load and performance measurement without storing an identifier in your browser. | cmplz_functional, cmplz_preferences, cmplz_statistics, cmplz_marketing, cmplz_banner-status, cmplz_policy_id, and service-specific session or security storage. | Complianz preference cookies are generally stored for 365 days. Other necessary storage ranges from the browser session to the period needed for the requested transaction, account, security, or fraud-prevention purpose. |
| Preferences | Remembers optional website settings that are not required to provide the page or service. Fegud does not currently use a separate third-party preference provider. | Can include the Complianz preference-category value. | Generally up to 365 days. |
| Statistics | Google Analytics 4 measures visits, traffic sources, pages, and website performance. It loads only after Statistics permission. | Google Analytics may use _ga and a property-specific _ga_* cookie or related identifiers. | Google’s default Analytics cookie expiration can be up to 2 years. The period can refresh when permitted activity occurs. |
| Marketing | Meta Pixel measures advertising activity. Microsoft Clarity provides session replay, heatmaps, and interaction analytics. Both load only after Marketing permission and remain blocked when Global Privacy Control is enabled. | Meta can use _fbp. Clarity can use _clck, _clsk, and related Microsoft identifiers. | _fbp is commonly stored for about 3 months. Microsoft documents _clck for 1 year and _clsk for 1 day. Related provider storage can have different periods. |
Provider names, cookie names, and storage periods can change when a provider updates its technology. Fegud reviews the live site and updates this policy when a material change is identified.
3. Global Privacy Control and California choices
Fegud does not sell personal information for money. Depending on the law that applies, sending website identifiers or browsing activity to advertising providers can be considered selling or sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can use Deny or Manage Consent to stop optional marketing technology.
When a supported browser sends an enabled Global Privacy Control signal, Fegud blocks Meta Pixel and Microsoft Clarity on that browser. Global Privacy Control does not delete information collected earlier, unsubscribe marketing email, or replace an account-level privacy request. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control are different signals. Fegud recognizes Global Privacy Control for the marketing tools described here but does not currently promise an automated response to every Do Not Track signal.
4. Withdrawing consent
Use Manage Consent to withdraw or change a category. The new choice applies to later loading and later page views. Technology that already loaded earlier on the same page cannot always be removed from browser memory, so the website may reload after a preference changes. You can also clear website data through your browser.
5. Consent storage
Complianz stores the selected categories in first-party cookies in your browser. Fegud’s current free Complianz configuration does not create a server-side consent record for every anonymous website visitor. Consent or permission connected to an account, form submission, marketing email, purchase, or mobile-device feature is recorded separately where required for that service.
6. Contact and privacy requests
Email [email protected] to ask about website tracking, object to a use, request access or deletion, or report a consent-control problem. Tell us which Fegud service and device or browser you used so we can locate the relevant information.
